Whenever possible, we source our ingredients locally to support our community and ensure the freshest possible ingredients.

We recommend consuming within two weeks before it begins to go stale. However, you can pop them in the freezer to maintain freshness. Just thaw to room-temp when ready to consume. 

Our cookies are baked fresh and shipped within 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Delivery to your door depends upon your chosen delivery time frame. We will notify you once your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification within that time-frame please email info@cookiejackpot.com and we'll take a look!

Carrier Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges will depend on the size of your order and the destination. The total will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free shipping: Enjoy free USPS Priority 1-3 day shipping on all orders over $90.

Please enter delivery date, or any special instructions (i.e. gated community, etc) at check out. All local deliveries will be scheduled based on the date specified at checkout. If no delivery date is provided, your order will default to next-day delivery.

You will receive an email order confirmation upon placing your order and a shipping notification including a tracking number once we've shipped it. You can use the tracking number to check its status. Tracking information typically takes 48 hours to be available.

Carrier delays are not fun. The unexpected sometimes happens. Please allow for it to make its journey to you within the chosen delivery time frame before reaching out to the carrier.

Two options: Chill them in the fridge for a bit, or if you can't wait then dive right in.

Currently we only ship within the state of California. But hey, never say never. Follow us to stay notified on future locations.

We make all of our cookies on equipment that process wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Even after cleaning, a small amount of an allergen may remain on the equipment.
